Experience Matters
Our teams have handled more than 3,000 claims on average annually for the last 10 years. Most recently, we’ve been working with Tower Hill and Citizens of Florida in response to Hurricane Ian and subsequent storms in and around the State of Florida. In the last year, our teams have completed more than 7,000 field claims and 5,000 desk claims.
Ready for anything
Our residential claims adjusters are certified in Xactimate, Flood, and Earthquake – and maintain active state licenses. Our offices are centrally located in Fairfield, IA and we can easily service carriers with claims across the country. We stay prepared for catastrophe situations and are trained and staffed to handle up to 3,000 claims per month.
